Parameters of the subjective and objective indicator of health among women of urban population

Highlights . The subjective and objective indicator of health is the most important parameter characterizing motivation population to preserve public health. In Russian foreign epidemiological studies, differences in attitude one`s are dependent upon social economic status, gender differences, ecology, marital status. For first time, parameters were determined among women a medium-sized urban city Western Siberia. It must be mentioned that remain vulnerable category terms psychological stress. data obtained using Tyumen`s will assist prediction population`s response preventive programs, estimation amount care needed, taking into account expenses, analysis effectiveness possible intervention. Aim To determine some (health attitudes self-assessment) population. Methods study included representative sample working age (25–64 years old) residing Central Administrative District Tyumen, stratified by (1 000 women, rate 70.3%). towards was assessed standard WHO MONICA-psychosocial questionnaire “Awareness Attitude Health”. Results revealed low responsibility for (36.5–46.7%), predominantly negative self-assessment (70.0%). results showed cardiovascular female (a fifth trusted only their own feelings, more than half would not seek medical help mild pain chest).
